When I got the call from Sharon (aka Grams as most know her), that she was getting married and she wanted me to take the photos, my immediate answer was “yes.” I couldn’t say no to such a sweet gal like Grams. I don’t know that I’ve ever attended a sweeter wedding than these two. The love birds couldn’t stop staring at each other and it melted my heart. They were wed aboard the Willamette Queen — the most famous paddle boat in Salem, and also, the last of its kind in the state of Oregon — and after a lovely ceremony, we were treated to a short cruise. We used this time to take photographs of friends and family in attendance. Once the ship docked, we all departed for Riverfront Park. Bill, Sharon, and I stayed for a little while to grabs some shots on our way out under the shade of the trees. We then all headed over to Jammers Bar and Grill for the reception. It was a fun morning and I’m happy to have been a part of it. Without further ado… here are some of my favorites from the day.
