When Liz booked me for her wedding, she wasn’t sure if she would be able to use the engagement session that came with it. So when a week or two before, I got an email that they could make a day work and our session was booked. When I first pulled up to our session location, I immediately realized I had sent her the google link to the wrong parking lot. OOF. I mean, I am human, so mistakes are expected once in awhile. I had a mini panic attack and then immediately drove to the correct spot so I could send new directions, hoping I’d catch her in time. Lucky for me, she got the link and with time to spare.
Our adventure started with a short walk right into the biggest, coolest, climbable tree ever. Liz jumped right on it, followed closely by Diego. It was a first for me, to shoot someone in a tree, but it was also a first for me, to photograph such an amazing couple. I swear I just had to sit back and let them do their thing and it was magic. I wish I could take more credit but they truly showed their love for each other and I just documented it. Please enjoy one of my most favorite session to date and probably some of my personal best work.
