I first met Monet while working for the State of Oregon during the pandemic. We bonded over our mutual intrigue of how things were run, how they could be better, and quiet lunches in a loft we had to ourselves. She brought me homemade pesto once and it was DELISH. We talked about art and science. Overall, she made my days with the state memorable. When she messaged me asking about wedding photography, I was super honored to be considered. Monet and Paul were married at the start of the month at a beautiful park in Vancouver. I can’t even begin to describe the pure amount of immense joy I got from editing these images and seeing how happy my friend is.
